A Flawless Day for an Offshore Adventure
With the weather on our side, the crossing from Fremantle to Rottnest Island was nothing short of breathtaking. The ocean was glassy, allowing the range of Western Australia Axopar boats to glide effortlessly across the water, their engines humming in unison. The group made a valiant attempt to maintain a V formation for the drone shots, but as one of the skippers quipped, “Some people need to go back to school to discover what a V looks like.”

Don’t worry we thought it looked fabulous…

Arriving at Parker Point, Rottnest Island, a protected bay blessed with light sand shores and coral beds, the fleet rafted up, creating their own little floating village. With the temperature soaring to 35 degrees, it didn’t take long for everyone to set up awnings and dive into the refreshing water. The mood was light and the scenery unbeatable.

Good Vibes, Great Company, and Tasty Treats
The Eyachts team was on hand, sharing drinks and delivering gift bags filled with goodies. Platters of oysters, prawns, and charcuterie made their rounds, adding a touch of luxury to the sun-soaked day. It was an ideal chance for Western Australia Axopar boat owners to connect, share stories, and simply enjoy being part of such a unique boating community.

One of the highlights was the prize draw for the Jobe x Axopar Adventure Seascooter, and it couldn’t have gone to a more deserving winner. Jasmyn Wright, a solo female skipper who has shown remarkable strength and confidence after the loss of her husband last year, took home the prize for her brilliant handling of her Axopar. Watching her take to the water with the seascooter was pure joy—it made snorkeling easier and more exciting, gliding effortlessly over coral and spotting a curious stingray.

The Axopar Spirit: Community and Camaraderie
The Axopar boating community is more than just a group of boat owners—it’s a family. Whether it’s the confidence the boats inspire, the versatility they offer, or simply the sense of belonging, every owner has their reasons for loving their model, from the nimble Axopar 24 to the powerful Axopar 37.
